We normally receive this information directly from you by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, in person or through a business listing that you use to contact us.

- Enquiries and estimates that do not become jobs: normally up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Customer, job and contractual records: normally up to six years after the job is completed where needed for accounting, warranty, insurance or legal-claim purposes.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by UK tax and accounting law, normally up to six years.
- Cookie-choice records stored on your device: up to 180 days.
We may retain information for longer where a dispute, legal requirement or active insurance matter makes this necessary. Information is deleted or securely disposed of when it is no longer required.

The website uses essential Cloudflare security technology and Google-hosted fonts. It does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or an online contact form. WhatsApp is opened only when you choose a WhatsApp link.
